1st Annual Chalk Festival

On June 11th, 2005 the community came together for a fun-filled art event to benefit the Art Therapy Connection. Amateur and professional artists of all ages filled the walkways of Seward Park in Chicago with colorful works in chalk. Each sidewalk was subdivided into squares sponsored by businesses, organizations, and individuals. Artists and visitors were treated to music and entertainment by Chicagoland performance groups.

The event was a great success. We graciously thank our sponsors, in-kind donors, artists, volunteers and event participants.  It is with the help and support of our friends that we are able to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
